πGrammar: 1A: Present simple and continuous, action and non-action verbs
Use the **present simple** for things that are always true or happen regularly. Quiet affluence **whispers**; conspicuous wealth **shouts**.
Mind the third-person singular spelling: she **haggles** at dawn markets, he **studies** auction catalogues. The rules give us **lives**, **studies**, **watches**.
