πGrammar: First Conditional and Future Time Clauses (when, until, as soon as)
We use the **first conditional** to talk about real future possibilities. Its pattern is simple: **if + present simple, will + verb**.
**If we disrupt** the market with this launch, we **will** attract serious investors. The condition is realistic, not imaginary.
Future time clauses follow the same logic. After **when**, **until**, **as soon as**, **before**, and **after**, use the **present simple** β never **will**.
We **will** release the update **as soon as** the latency tests pass. The time clause stays in the present, even though it points to the future.
