πŸ“Grammar: 2A: Present perfect and past simple

We use **have / has + past participle** to talk about our body and our life. We do not say when it happened. We also use **have / has + past participle** for a new action with a result now. Your hand is clean because you washed it. Use **just** for a very short time ago, **already** when it is done, and **yet** in questions and negative sentences. Use the past simple when we say **when** it happened. Words like **yesterday** and **last week** need the past simple. Never use **have / has** with **yesterday** or **last week**. That is wrong.
